I'm a Melbourne-based content creator capturing my Pilates teacher training, daily fitness, and life around the city. My content lives at the intersection of movement and everyday life — the practice, the progress, and everything around it.
My academic background blends business and technology, with a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Information Systems behind me. So I bring a data-driven eye to what I make: I create with the numbers in mind, building content designed to land and reach people, not just look nice.
I recently completed 100 hours of pilates teacher training with Unite Health, so I know how a class should look on screen, how to frame a movement properly, and how to capture a studio the way it's meant to feel.
